Galvanized Sheets

Metal Supermarkets stock the following gauge sizes:

1. 26G (0.021")
2. 24G (0.028")
3. 22G (0.040")
4. 18G (0.052")
5. 16G (0.064")

NB: using a press brake die with 3/8" vee width it requires > 6.7 tonnes to bend 1 foot of 16G. Our 12 tonne press brake quickly becomes the limiting factor.

• Check the 314/316 stock
• leave out plastics
• gauge thickness varies by material: how to handle this?
• what is the lead time for oxygen free copper plate? This will be very expensive
