General notes

• Material is booked out of stock in two ways

1. Inventory managed stock: use the item code and the stores administration tool
2. Non inventory managed stock (material without an item code): paper based withdrawal
   • direct withdrawal by customer -> use stock withdrawal sheet
   • used for a work order -> write down quantity withdrawn on work order route sheet

• Large quantities of plastics are not kept in stock, they are ordered as needed
