Tooling Fee

In order to recover some of the tooling cost, a tooling fee must be added to all WOs.
After importing the labour hours to the database, for each WO that got completed during the last billing period, a tooling fee of $1.00 per hour of machining time must be added as a "Stock" charge. Use your judgment to approximate the number of machining hours.
