  • Always keep PVA material in a closed box with desiccant in order to remove moisture from the filament. Unload the PVA from the printer after use.
  • If during a print, the PVA doesn't seem to be sticking to the previous layer, it's because it has absorbed too much water. To solve the issue, leave it overnight in a box with desiccant.
  • Since Polycarbonate has a higher melting point than the other plastics, it has a print core AA 0.4 dedicated to it.
  • To get dimension tolerances within +/-0.1mm, you must use the print core AA 0.25.
  • The initial drop of material (either from Print Core 1 or 2) can sometime stick to the nozzle and be dragged along. This might ruin your print. To avoid it, you can either hold the drop with tweezers or put a layer of glue on the build plate to help the drop stick.
