Ordering

Most customers will contact you via the dedicated email address 3Dprint@phas.ubc.ca (as indicated on the website). All mshop technicians can also access this email address.
When ordering, the customer must provide the following information:
- Name
- Speedchart
- Short description of the project
- Material type(s)
- Color(s)
- Layer height
- Infill %
- Do they want us to remove the Build Plate and/or Support Material
- Is there any post-printing procedures?
- A file of acceptable format
You or one of the technicians should then provide a quote to the customer within the next 24h (during working days) and ask them if they want us to proceed.
